Duo to miss out on Setanta battle

Kevin Hill and Ryan Moss have been ruled out of tonight's Setanta
Shield first round tie with Newport County at the Jewson Stadium
(7.45pm).
Midfielder Hill is suffering with a groin injury while striker Moss is unavailable. And manager Shaun Brooks, still searching for his side's first home win of new term, is keen to make use of the players who have not featured as much this season.
He said: "We go into the game with confidence but we do have players missing so we will have to change it a bit.
"We need to give some of the squad players a game as we haven't been able to arrange midweek friendlies for them to play in.
"We're looking forward to the game and I have confidence in whatever team we put out. We're getting back to the kind of the form that we showed in pre-season and in our first couple of games of the campaign.
"It'll be nice if we can get a win under our belts but Newport have improved since we last played them."
Positive news for Brooks on the injury front is that Mark Jermyn, who suffered knee ligament damage in July, is back in light training.
The county town boss added: "Mark's been doing some running and hopefully we'll have him back within a month."
The Setanta Shield may not be Brooks' number one priority this season but the Magpies' chief would like to see his team progress as much as possible, and should they win tonight Dorchester would collect £2,000 in prize money.
Brooks said: "As a player, like any game, you try to make a statement about yourself and I want the players to be able to show their ability.
"There is a bigger picture to look at as well, and if we pick up suspensions and further injuries then we need those coming in to have games under their belts. There is also the profile that goes with the competition and the possibility of being on television."
Midfielder Danny Clay, who has missed the Magpies' last two games, will be absent from tonight's line-up due to personal reasons.
Brooks added: "We've left the decision with Danny and he'll be come back when he's ready. Tom Mitchell has come in though and done okay. He's looked a bit nervous at times, mainly because of the pressure he is put under, but in Saturday's 0-0 draw at Welling he was one of our better players."
The Magpies have scored just three times in their last four outings, picking up two points in the process.
Prior to that though, they netted four times in a single game when they drew 4-4 with County at the Newport Stadium.
But tonight, Dorchester's front players are expected to come up against former Terra Ashley Vickers after the defender joined the Exiles on a three-month loan from Eastleigh at the end of August.
