Fans help to raise funds
by
Dev Ward
Dorchester and AFC Wimbledon fans added another £128 between
them to the Magpies' Budget Fund last night.
A collection around the ground before the game and at half time was done in order to help the fund.
The fund now stands at £1357 and every little helps the club, and is going to show that the fans are willing to help the club in difficult economic times.
There is still Matty Holmes' Signed Premiership shirt up for auction which finishes on Friday afternoon which will also hopefully give the fund yet another boost. If we can get the fund upto £1500 that would be a great effort.
Many thanks goes to Pete Hassell and Chris Rawlings for their help towards the collection and to all fans of both clubs that donated.
