Magpies swoop for Guyett

Dorchester Town have captured ex-Yeovil Town and Bournemouth defender Scott Guyett.

The 34-year-old joins the Magpies following his release from the Cherries in May.

And he will add considerable experience to the county town back-line having helped Bournemouth to promotion last season and appeared for the Glovers in the 2006/07 League One play-off final at Wembley.

Guyett, who will be hoping to make his debut at Chelmsford on Saturday, also has a Conference National winner's medal following his time with Chester.
