Gary made a number of appearances for the club during the 2006-07 season whilst on dual registration with Yeovil Town where he was a regular performer for their League One reserve side.

Formerly with Cardiff City, Gary signed a permanent deal with Dorchester in September 2007 and has become a regular in the heart of the Magpies' defence with consistent and commanding displays that belies his young age.
