Phil is a powerful centre forward who joined the Magpies in March 2009 from fellow Blue Square South side Newport County.

Phil is a towering target man and he has terrorised many defences in the South West having had spells with Clevedon, Taunton, Tiverton, Bath City and Paulton Rovers.

Sold to League Two side Dagenham & Redbridge for an undisclosed fee in January 2010.
