Versatile defender Kyle was manager Ashley Vickers'

2009 from local rivals Weymouth.
Originally spotted playing for Weymouth's reserve team Critchell
signed for Southampton, progressing through the youth and reserve
teams before having a loan spell at Torquay United.
He left the
Saints for Chesterfield where he spent half a season, before
returning to play for Weymouth in the Conference Premier. A move
to Wrexham followed but having suffered an injury he was loaned
to York City before rejoining the Terras in 2009.
Despite being born locally, Kyle has represented Wales at both
U17 and U21 level, with five and three caps respectively. He is
a current member of the Welsh semi-professional squad.
