Dani Rodrigues

Dani is a talented striker who has played the majority of his football in League One and Two.

Having been signed by Glenn Hoddle for then Premiership club Southampton for £200,000 in 1999, Dani spent some time on loan at Bristol City before a run of horrific injuries halted his progress.

He had a very successful time at Yeovil scoring 4 goals in as many games before signing for AFC Bournemouth in 2004 where he became something of a cult hero in his two seasons on the South coast.

He had a short spell playing in New Zealand last season before his career was once again threatened by serious injury. Dani signed a full time contract with the Magpies in November 2007.

Released in December 2007.
