Notice is hereby given that the sixth Annual General Meeting of Dorchester Town Community Football Club Limited (DTCFC) will take place via Zoom on Wednesday 25 November 2020 from 7:00pm.
Further details on how to join the meeting will be released nearer the time.
The Board is aware that some members may not have a computer or not able to use a digital media platform. However, these are unprecedented times. Having the meeting online will allow some members who live away from Dorchester the opportunity to participate for the first time.
Nominations for a place on the Board are now open. If you would like to be nominated, please complete a nomination form and return by Friday 13 November 2020. If you are interested in standing it is suggested you have an informal chat with the chairman Scott Symes to discuss roles and responsibilities of a director.
At the point of nomination, both the candidate and person nominating them must be 16 years and over and current CBS Members of DTCFC. In all matters relating to the election, the EMG (Election Management Group) ruling as the Independent Election Supervisors will be final.
Matt Lucas and David Ring were due to retire by rotation but have recently resigned. David Martin retires by rotation and offers himself for re-election. Having been co-opted during the year, Wayne Paice and Cameron Marett offer themselves for election.

Dorchester Town Community Football Club Ltd financial year ends on 31 May 2020. The financial accounts will be circulated as soon as they are received back from the accountants.
