The 2021 AGM for CBS Members will take place on Wednesday 14 July 2021 at 7pm in the Lounge Bar at The Avenue Stadium and also via Zoom.
Given the positive feedback received on the AGM last year which was held online, and allowed many members outside of Dorchester the opportunity to participate for the first time, we will be hosting this year's AGM both in person and online, which we hope will allow as many members as possible to attend.
For members that wish to attend the AGM online, please email office@dorchestertownfc.co.uk before 5pm on Wednesday 14 July 2021 so we can add your email address and send you the link to access the meeting in advance the AGM.
The AGM will start promptly at 7pm so we would please ask members attending online to log in, or if attending in person to arrive at The Avenue, 5 to 10 minutes before the start time.

There are currently a number of vacancies on the Board of Directors, so if you are interested in standing it is suggested you please have an informal chat with the chairman Scott Symes to discuss roles and responsibilities of a director. If you would like to be nominated, please complete a nomination form and return by Wednesday 7 July 2021. Completed nomination forms (available below) should be sent to: The Secretary, Dorchester Town Football Club, Weymouth Avenue, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 2RY or emailed to: office@dorchestertownfc.co.uk.
Our financial year end of 31 May 2021 has just passed, and the financial accounts will be prepared soon after this date by our accountant Ian Windsor. A separate EGM will be called later in the year in order that members can formally approve the accounts.
Members will be able to vote by proxy in the usual way and submit questions for AOB.
Following the completion of the formal meeting, there will be a more informal Q&A session where members are welcome to ask questions and any feedback and suggestions.
