Notice of 2023 AGM
The 2023 AGM for CBS Members will take place on Wednesday 29 November 2023 at 6:30pm in the Magpies Suite at The Avenue Stadium and also via Microsoft Teams.
The AGM will start promptly at 6:30pm so we would please ask members attending online to log in, or if attending in person to arrive at The Avenue, 5 to 10 minutes before the start time.

We would love to hear from you if you are interested in standing to join the board of directors, and we suggest if you are interested you please have an informal chat with the chairman Scott Symes to discuss roles and responsibilities of a director. If you would like to be nominated, please complete a nomination form and return by Sunday 26 November 2023. Completed nomination forms (available below) should be sent to: The Secretary, Dorchester Town Football Club, Weymouth Avenue, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 2RY or emailed to: office@dorchestertownfc.co.uk.
The financial accounts for the year ended 31 May 2023 are currently being prepared by our accountant Ian Winsor and will be circulated to members as soon as they are available.
Members will be able to vote by proxy in the usual way and submit questions for AOB.
Following the completion of the formal meeting, there will be a more informal Q&A session where members are welcome to ask questions and any feedback and suggestions.
For members that wish to attend the AGM online, please email office@dorchestertownfc.co.uk before 10am on Wednesday 29 November 2023 so we can add your email address and send you the link to access the meeting in advance the AGM.
