Notice of 2026 AGM
The 2026 AGM will take place on Thursday 19 November 2026 starting at 6:30pm in the Magpies Suite at The Avenue Stadium and also online via Microsoft Teams, for all CBS Members.
All AGM documentation, including Agenda, Accounts and previous Minutes, will be sent via email to members over the weekend.
For members that wish to attend the AGM online, please email club secretary Lee Armstrong at clubsecretary@dorchestertownfc.co.uk before 5pm on Wednesday 18 November 2026 so we can add your email address and send you the link to access the meeting in advance the AGM.
The AGM will start promptly at 6:30pm so we would please ask members attending online to log in, or if attending in person to arrive at The Avenue, 5 to 10 minutes before the start time.
We would love to hear from you if you are interested in standing to join the board of directors, and we suggest if you are interested you please have an informal chat with the chairman Scott Symes to discuss roles and responsibilities of a director.
If you would like to be nominated, please complete a nomination form and return by Saturday 14 November 2026.
Completed nomination forms should be sent to: The Secretary, Dorchester Town Football Club, Weymouth Avenue, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 2RY or emailed to: clubsecretary@dorchestertownfc.co.uk.
Members will be able to vote by proxy in the usual way and submit questions for AOB.
Following the completion of the formal meeting, there will be a more informal Q&A session where members are welcome to ask questions and any feedback and suggestions.
