An EGM (extraordinary general meeting) is set to take place on Monday 29 December 2025 at 6:30pm in The Magpies Suite at The Avenue Stadium and also online.
The meeting is being held in order to consider and, if agreed, approve the accounts for the financial year ended 31 May 2025, as previously mentioned at the AGM earlier in the year.
Electronic copies of the accounts will be sent around to members shortly in advance of the meeting.
For members that wish to attend the EGM online, please email clubsecretary@dorchestertownfc.co.uk before 12midday on Monday 29 December so you can be sent a link to access the meeting in advance of the EGM.
The meeting will start promptly at 6:30pm so we would please ask members attending online to log in, or if attending in person to arrive at The Avenue, 5 to 10 minutes before the start time.
Following the conclusion of the formal matter of the EGM, there will be an informal Q&A session where members are welcome to ask questions and any feedback and suggestions.
