A reminder for CBS Members that an EGM (extraordinary general meeting) is taking place on Wednesday evening (24 November 2021) at 7pm in The Magpies Suite at The Avenue Stadium and also via Zoom.
The meeting is being held in order to consider and, if agreed, approve the accounts for the financial year ended 31 May 2021, as previously mentioned at the AGM earlier in the year.
Members should have received a copy of the Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2021 over the weekend via email - a number of printed copies will also be available on the night.
For members that wish to attend the EGM online, please email office@dorchestertownfc.co.uk before 5pm on Wednesday 24 November so you can be sent a link to access the meeting in advance of the EGM.
The meeting will start promptly at 7pm so we would please ask members attending online to log in, or if attending in person to arrive at The Avenue, 5 to 10 minutes before the start time.
Following the conclusion of the formal matter of the EGM, there will be an informal Q&A session where members are welcome to ask questions and any feedback and suggestions.
