Interim manager Wes Fogden will unfortunately be absent from our game against Evesham United.
First team coach Brian Churchill and captain Will Spetch will therefore lead the side in Wes' absence this weekend at The Avenue.
Chairman Scott Symes said: “We knew that Wes would be away, but wanted to focus everyone with no distractions on last Thursday’s preparation and training for the Yate game last Saturday, which delivered an excellent result.
“That preparation has continued this week with Wes, with the support of Churchy and Spetchy, planning and delivering training on Tuesday and Thursday to get the best outcome on Saturday in a tough fixture versus Evesham at home.
“In Wes’ physical absence on Saturday it will be Spetchy and Churchy in the dugout, but Wes will be watching the game live with a link through to the dugout.
“Let’s all get behind all the staff and players on Saturday to deliver another performance that gives us the much-needed points required to continue to climb away from our current league position. UTM.”
