Dorchester Town return to FA Cup action today with yet another away trip - this time to face Step 4 side Brixham AFC. The Magpies' only win in all competitions so far this season came in the tournament's previous round, and Dorchester fans will be hoping that proves a lucky omen for the trip to Devon.
Brixham, who have only existed as a club for little more than ten years, are enjoying a solid start to life in the Southern League Division One South, after promotion last season, and will be eyeing up a potential giant killing of the Magpies. Here's everything you need to know ahead of Dorchester's trip to Brixham.
Brixham In Brief
Founded: 2012
Nickname: The Fishermen
Stadium: Wall Park
Capacity: 1,000
Playing Surface: Grass
Ones To Watch
Callum Rose is a name that will stand out to Dorchester fans from the Brixham squad, with the defender having previously played for the Magpies between 2018 and 2020.
Elsewhere, forwards James Moxon and Charlie Johansen are likely to pose the biggest goal threat for the Fishermen.
The Gaffer
Jason Couch and Tim Porter share managerial responsibilities at Brixham, with the two men having joined the club 13 and seven years ago respectively. The duo have overseen a hugely successful spell in charge at Wall Park, securing back-to-back promotions in the past two seasons.
Form Guide
Magpies - LLWLD
Dorchester's form at the start of this season has left little to be desired, with the Magpies winless in the league and currently occupying bottom spot. However, they did win their previous FA Cup fixture away to Slimbridge, possibly giving the Magpies faithful hope of a similar outcome today.
Fishermen - WWWWL
Brixham have lost only once in their last five matches, although that defeat did come in their most recent outing - a 4-0 home defeat to Falmouth Town last weekend in the FA Trophy.

2.) The furthest stage that Dorchester have ever reached in the FA Cup is the second round proper, but how many times in the club's history has that happened?
