A New Year message from Chairman Scott Symes:
As 2022 draws to a close I look back on this as a pivotal year for the club in terms of the progress we have made versus our 5-year plan that I wrote when first becoming Chairman. Both on and off the pitch we are reaching key performance indicators that were set to ensure development pathways were in place and first team performance levels were significantly improved.
As the 2021/22 season came to a finale we had a very good last 8 games with performances and standards at a level that we had to create consistently for the first team group going forward and maintain those levels for a full season, and as we exit 2022 we are well on the way to doing that, but we still have to keep those levels and also continue to look at ways of improving performance in the future.

Our development pathway completed its first season in 2021/2022 with excellent results with our U18s winning the county cup and our U23s doing the league and cup double.

And that excellent work is continuing this season with our U23s and U18s currently in first place and second place of their respective leagues.
All this progress would not be possible if it wasn’t for a very committed board, staff and volunteers who get behind the vision of the club week in week out.
Our links with the Dorchester Town Youth teams and committee are stronger than ever and we are all confident that relationship will strengthen and grow over the coming seasons.
And last but no means least a special mention to our amazing fans who both home and away give the club such fantastic support.
Bring on 2023.
UTM
Scott
