Dorchester Town Football Club were saddened to hear of the passing of former long-serving groundsman John Harris.
John started working for the club in the late 1980's shortly before the move to the new stadium, and gave over 30 years of loyal service at The Avenue before retiring in the summer of 2020.
Everyone connected with the club would like to pass on our thoughts and condolences to John's family and friends.

John’s funeral will take place on Thursday 17 March at 1:30pm. The service, which will be conducted by club chaplain Allen Knott, will take place at Dorchester Cemetery in Weymouth Avenue and all are invited by the family to attend.
Anyone not able to attend the service will be welcome at the football club afterwards from 2:00pm for refreshments.
