Dorchester Town Football Club are delighted to announce the return of striker Leighton Thomas.
A prolific goalscorer, who scored 31 goals in 36 appearances for Paulton Rovers in the 21/22 campaign before making the move to the National League South with Hungerford Town last season, returns to The Avenue having last featured for the club in 2020.
On his third summer signing, boss Glenn Howes said: “We welcome back Leighton from Hungerford Town to The Avenue. To this point we’ve been unsuccessful in regaining Leighton’s signature so it gives us great delight that we’ve finally achieved this.”
“Leighton has a proven goal scoring record and his attributes and personality will complement the frontline and will become an extremely popular member of the team.”
