A former U18s and U23s captain who has progressed through to the senior side, Turner made his Southern League debut for the club in 2023 and, prior to this season, had made 70 first team appearances in the heart of the Magpies defence. The promising central defender returned to The Avenue this summer fresh from a loan spell at Bashley, where he gained valuable Southern League Division One South experience during the previous campaign.
