A product of the club’s youth system, Ieuan Turner has emerged as a promising central defender. Turner captained both the U18 and U23 teams to league and cup glory, whilst also dual registered with Wessex Premier League side, Bournemouth, where he awarded the player-of-the-season. A physically imposing centre back, he made his senior Dorchester debut in the 2023–24 season, making 23 appearances and scoring his first senior goal in the final away game at Basingstoke Town, before going on to start 21 times the following season.
